Dwellchecker is the interpretation layer for property condition. You add a property, upload an inspection report, and the app returns a condition score and one recommendation: proceed, proceed with conditions, negotiate, or walk away.

The score starts at 100 and subtracts 2 for a low finding, 6 for moderate, 14 for high, and 25 for critical. One or more critical findings recommend walking away. Three or more high findings recommend negotiating. One or two high findings recommend proceeding with conditions. Near-term capital exposure is the sum of the low and high cost estimates on the findings.

These terms are between you and Dwellchecker, PO Box 744, Midlothian, VA 23113. They are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware.

Dwellchecker provides information only. It is not a substitute for a licensed home inspector or other professional advice. The service is provided as-is, with no warranties. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the prior 12 months, or $100 if no fees were paid. You agree to indemnify Dwellchecker against claims that arise from your use of the service or from content you submit. If one provision of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
